This newsletter was nearly called Epimetheus, after the god of afterthought, but in the end I decided to Ronseal it and say what it does: I’m Rachel Extance and I write.

In my business I am a public affairs communications specialist, a copywriter, and a business writing mentor, helping people to share the impact of their work and bring others along with them to make a difference.

Re:writes is where I write about things that interest me, that I hope will interest you. Some of it will take inspiration from afterthoughts – what I wish I had said.

What do I write about?

Topics you can expect me to discuss are:

• Muddling through life

I’m a European from the UK so that’s where to put me on the map if you’re confused by my references. It also means I’ll be writing with s instead of z and putting u in colour, flavour, and behaviour. Hopefully that won’t put you off.
